It is a subsidiary company of Pubali Bank Limited. The Company has been established to comply with the directives of Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission. The registered office of the Company is situated at A-A Bhaban (7th Floor), 23, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka – 1000. The company offers full-fledged high standard brokerage service for retail and institutional clients.
